This place is absolutely amazing. Zyta was very helpful, managed to find the perfect puppy for me and my family, answered all of our questions, and walked us through the paperwork step-by-step.

Always the cutest animals here!!! They have many fish, birds, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and most of all, dogs! They have a little area for the puppies to play. You are allowed to pat them but not pick them up. They also sell things for your pets. As in, beds, food, toys, etc. Will definitely be coming back!

I purchased a beautiful cavoodle puppy from pet town. He has the most beautiful temperament and is very healthy. He settled into our home so well and very quickly. He sleeps all night, no separation anxiety and he is making great progress with toilet training. Thank you especially to Christy who was able to answer all my questions and took the time to help us decide on the day. We are very grateful.

We have two puppies from here that we purchased on two different occasions, and both times it was a great experience. Both puppies were so calm and social from day 1 and the staff knew so many details about each puppy and their personality that I feel they must have a great culture of pet lovers and treat them very well. They stayed way past closing time to help us with the purchase, and helped us with lots of tips and advice. We are really enjoying having these puppies in our family - they have such a calming influence as well as getting us out on lots of family walks together :)

Excellent, exceptional and very good customer service. My wife and I went into the store with no plans to get a puppy but was recommended a beautiful Toy Cavoodle that we truly adore and love. Thanks for the staff member who showed recommended us our puppy. Our puppy has given us so much happiness and joy and I would highly recommend those looking at getting a pet to visit the pet shop in Chatswood who are very accommodating and excellent.

I adopted my Tabby baby from Pettown. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process, including paperwork and advice, special thanks to Ben. My little one is adorable, well-behaved, and toilet-trained, and he adapted to his new home very quickly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my Mini Cavoodle purchase experience at Pet Town Chatswood! Cristy was fantastic—super helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. All the staff are friendly, and our puppy is settling in really well at home. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a new furry friend!
